This LGBT friendly Wedding venue is a fine Strawberry Gothic style cottage. It has its own miniature park. There are many fine old trees and a beautiful walled garden. As soon as you arrive, you will realize that they are not a hotel. They are stylish, private country residence where your every need is catered for. A venue like no other, Martinstown house offers exclusivity and something different for couples. 

The Morning Room - ideal for smaller weddings or greater privacy

Are in a smaller party or wish for greater privacy? Then they are delighted to put the Morning Room at your disposal. The room is decorated with beautiful antiques and rare prints of Rome. The Morning Room is a comfortable, quiet space, with a log fire, that is solely for your use.

The Drawing Room is a stunning space with double height ceilings, huge sofas, a piano and a massive open fire. It is perfect for larger parties. The Drawing Room is perfect for relaxing with coffee and perhaps a glass of something a little stronger after dinner. The room is suitable for larger groups. It can accommodate medium sized events, such as drinks parties, larger business meetings, or can even be an intimate wedding setting.

Dining Room - perfect for your wedding breakfast!

The Dining Room in Martinstown House is an intimate venue for meals, with a long antique mahogany dining table, sideboards and beautiful silver candelabra. It has fine views across the front of the property and can host up to twenty two comfortably. 

The Garden at Martinstown House LGBT friendly wedding venue

There is the formal Italian garden with flower beds of both wild flowers and some more exotic blooms. There is also a rose garden with sundial, a croquet lawn and an apple orchard and the Vintage Tent. Vintage tent hosts a large celebrations.

The Farm. Martinstown House

Owners like to say that our chickens are extremely free ranged, because they are. They are shut up for the night, which is only prudent given the local fox population, but other than that they are given total freedom. Chef does steal their eggs, though- for your breakfast. Martinstown House has a fully working farm yard, and cattle and sheep are raised and oak trees are grown, and there is stabling for several horses.
